What we collect

If you use the quote form, we collect:

• Your name, mobile number, and email if you give one
• The trip: service, pickup, drop-off or hours, date, time, car, passengers, bags, notes, and a flight number if you add one
• The result of the spam check, and the time of the request

If you message us on WhatsApp or call, that conversation is handled by your phone provider and WhatsApp as well as by us. The site does not run advertising cookies. Analytics is off unless it is switched on later in the site config; this page will be updated if that changes.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to prepare a quote, reply to you, and arrange the trip you asked about. We do not sell these details.

Where it is stored

A quote request is emailed to hello@mrxlimousine.com and stored in our customer system (Twenty CRM), including the trip details and the source mrxlimousine.com. If email or the customer system is briefly unavailable, a copy may be kept in our host's storage so we can retry it. That copy is deleted within 90 days. The spam check is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to quote, provide the trip, and keep ordinary business records. Email hello@mrxlimousine.com to ask for a copy or for deletion, and we will action the request unless we have to keep a record.

If you would rather not use the form

WhatsApp and the phone number on this site reach the same booking line. You do not have to use the form.
